Charter
Basis of activity and charter aims
The Foundation operates under its charter and the Polish Act on Foundations. It pursues its aims on a project basis, in cooperation with institutional partners across the culture, healthcare, and public-administration sectors.
The Foundation's bodies are the Management Board, which runs its affairs and represents it externally, and the Foundation Council — its supervisory and advisory body.

- Protection, digitisation, and sharing of cultural heritage.
- Digitalisation of healthcare infrastructure.
- Advancing infrastructure intelligence — BIM, digital twins, IoT, and AI.
- Expert and analytical work (think tank).
- Education, training programmes, and knowledge outreach.
- Cooperation with public institutions and the culture and healthcare sectors.
